Court Runners ATL is a DBA of Patty Logistics LLC, serving Metro Atlanta.
Scope of services
Court Runners ATL provides court filing, document retrieval, courtesy copy delivery, legal transport, rush runs, and records procurement for legal professionals. We do not provide legal advice and are not a law firm.
Service requests
Requests are confirmed in writing by our dispatch team before a runner is assigned. Deadlines are met based on clerk hours and courthouse availability at the time of the request.
Fees and billing
Run rates are quoted per request or under a firm retainer. Filing fees, certified copy charges, parking, and out-of-area mileage are advanced and billed at cost. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Requests cancelled before runner dispatch are not billed. Once a runner is dispatched, the applicable run rate may apply.
Limitation of liability
We exercise professional care in handling all documents. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected run, except where prohibited by law.
