Information is used solely to perform the requested court run, communicate status, and issue invoices. We do not sell or share client information with third parties for marketing.
Confidentiality
All runners operate under confidentiality agreements. Documents remain in a runner's direct possession and are logged through chain of custody from pickup to delivery.
Document retention
Scanned confirmations and conformed copies are retained for the period needed to support your records and billing, then securely destroyed on request.
